Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is forever, no credit card. You get 100 Actions, 500 customers, 10,000 events, 1 seat, and unlimited moments per month. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
What's an 'Action'?
An Action is consumed only when Nudje calls AI on your behalf: refreshing AI insights for a customer, regenerating a message via AI, or generating an AI-powered nudge message. Sending the message itself (manually or auto) is unmetered. Event ingestion, viewing your data, and configuring moments are also unmetered.
What if I go over my Actions quota?
On Free, we softly stop Actions when the cycle quota is exhausted; everything else keeps working. On Pro and Scale, extra Actions are billed at $0.05 each. You can cap overage from Settings · Billing to never spend more than you want.
Why pay yearly?
Yearly billing saves you ~17% versus monthly, the equivalent of two free months. Same Actions quota refresh every month, same limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace returns to Free. Your data stays intact.
Do you offer refunds?
No. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling doesn't trigger a refund for the unused portion.
